Attorney Nareg Kandilian is the principal attorney of Kandilian Immigration Law LLC. He has practiced immigration law exclusively since the formation of his solo practice in 2011. While his practice has always been grounded in family-based applications, his prior practice areas also included asylum and removal (deportation) defense. Through this experience, Attorney Kandilian has developed extensive familiarity with a range of U.S. immigration agencies and procedures. This insight has been invaluable in helping clients make critical decisions.

In 2017, Attorney Kandilian co-founded Kandilian Vitelli (later Kandilian Vitelli Immigration) with Attorney Sarah B. Vitelli (retired). The firm successfully assisted a broad array of clients until 2026, during which time it transitioned into Kandilian Immigration Law LLC.

Attorney Kandilian previously held multiple liaison roles with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England Chapter. He has also presented at numerous AILA programs and co-chaired Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars.

On a personal note, Attorney Kandilian grew up in Watertown, Massachusetts, both as a first-generation Armenian immigrant and as part of a broader diverse immigrant community. He has remained closely connected to the local community and served in a variety of roles through the years. Attorney Kandilian later attended Babson College as an undergraduate, where his strong interest in entrepreneurship inspired him to help aspiring entrepreneurs pursue investor visa opportunities.

Attorney Kandilian appreciates the value of a close-knit immigrant community, and he is committed to helping others build stable, successful lives in the United States. His personal background and professional experience shape his practice focused on community, family and entrepreneurial aspirations.
